PASTOR FRED VANDERWERF Appointed to Hilltop in July 2008, Pastor Fred is an elder in the United Methodist Church and has been serving as a United Methodist missionary along side his wife, Stacy, for the past 9 years, planting a University Student Ministry and UM Church in Lviv, Ukraine. Together they have 2 sons, Levi 5 and Madden 4. Fred enjoys 80's music, playing Hockey, Super pac-man with the boys, and Vikings Football.

LAY LEADER PAULETTE ADAMS
Paulette Adams serves the congregation as Lay Leader. Paulette has been a member at Hilltop since 1982 and is well acquainted with members and friends of the congregation. She also serves as the Musical Director for the congregation which includes directing the adult choir.
LAY SPEAKERS
Our congregation has been blessed with additional spiritual leaders who have received training as Certified Lay Speakers. A Lay Speaker is one who is recognized as having spiritual gifts of leadership. Our lay speakers are Jeff Adams, Marj Blommel, Goldie Bosard, Rhonda Friesen, and John Phelps.
CANDIDATES FOR MINISTRY
Hilltop is blessed to currently have 3 persons persuing a call to ministry: J.J. Morgan, Paul Menne, & Andrew Bittner.
